What you'll actually be doing:

Host live-streamed comic auctions on eBay Live, Whatnot, and other platforms — you're the face, the energy, and the closer all at once.
Build a loyal viewer community that tunes in specifically for you — your personality is the product.
Drive real-time bidding by reading the room, building momentum, and knowing when to push and when to let the crowd breathe.
Showcase comics with genuine enthusiasm — you don't have to be a lifelong collector, but you have to care.
Multitask like a pro: monitor the chat, call out bids, keep the energy high, and make every viewer feel seen.
Track your own numbers, spot what's working, and iterate after every stream.
Collaborate with the team on product selection and auction strategy — your feedback from the floor matters.

Available shifts:

Day shift: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Overnight shift: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM.
Both are part-time with flexible scheduling. Both windows have strong, active buyer traffic.

You're a community builder. You remember names in the chat, you make regulars feel like VIPs, and you turn first-time viewers into loyal fans.
You can perform for hours. Live streaming is a marathon, not a sprint. Stamina and staying sharp in hour four matters.
You're competitive. You want to know your numbers, you set personal bests, and you're already thinking about how to beat last stream's revenue.
Pop culture is your language. Comics, collectibles, fandoms — you don't need to know everything, but you need to speak the culture fluently.

The honest pitch:

This isn't a job where you show up, go through the motions, and collect a paycheck. It's a performance role with real financial upside — but only if you bring the energy every single time.

If you've ever held a crowd, kept a room laughing, or naturally found yourself taking over in a group setting, we want to hear from you. Experience in live streaming, content creation, improv, stand-up, hosting, sales, or entertainment is a huge plus — but personality beats a resume every time.

Compensation: $16 per hour plus commission based on a revenue sliding scale. Commission is calculated separately and paid once per month.
